At Green Edge Gardens we provide fresh, 100% certified organic  seasonal vegetables, microgreens and  specialty mushrooms, grown and harvested in a sustainable manner with future generations in mind.  Our high and low tunnel season extension systems ensure our year-round, weekly harvests.  A natural gas well on the property provides essential low-cost energy to keep our microgreen and mushroom grow rooms running through the winter months.
